On our Anchorage Coastal Cruise Bike Tour, you experience Anchorage’s wild side on a leisurely 9.5-mile guided ride.
The tour starts with a ride through the urban wilderness of Kincaid Park.
This amazing place is over 1,500 acres of forested hills perched on the coastline. It’s common to see moose, bears, and bald eagles here.
And there’s plenty of history alongside the wilderness. Kincaid Park was also once a Cold War Nike Hercules Missile site!
We then move on to Earthquake Park, where we bike through some of the lasting devastations from the earthquake in 1964.
The ride then finishes at Westchester Lagoon, a waterfowl sanctuary.
Our route offers views of five different mountain ranges, so you will have plenty of opportunities for breathtaking photos.
And along the way, your guide shares fascinating facts and stories about the region’s human and natural history.

My husband and I had a wonderful time on our coastal bike tour with Nancy as our guide. We had some light rain for a bit of the ride... read more but it didn’t matter. We were provided with a rain jacket and gloves. We saw two moose cows and three calves on the ride. Nancy was very friendly and knowledgeable. The trail was pretty level except for one hill. It was a great experience.
