Updated April 1st, 2022 –
On March 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the outbreak of Coronavirus, known as COVID-19, to be a global pandemic. The health, safety, and well-being of our guests, staff, and the local community is our number one priority. We are monitoring the world health crisis and adhering to the Municipality of Anchorage, State, and Federal mandates as they are announced to help flatten the curve.
At Alaska Trail Guides the safety of our staff, guides and community is our top priority. We provide the services and tours we do because we value health, wellness, and our wilderness. We have developed and implemented a detailed operating plan due to Covid-19. This included updated cleaning protocols based on CDC guidelines, reduced capacities to ensure social distancing, and updates to our tour offerings to ensure we operate during the least busy times to help social distance. Protocols and operations are regularly reassessed for the health and safety of our clients and staff. Updates are announced on this page.
